Strategy-led PM with rare design depth.

10 years across MedTech, FinTech, and Telecom. I specialized in multi-stakeholder platforms in regulated environments – where patients, clinicians, executives, and engineers all need different things from the same system. That's a product problem some people would avoid. I go deep into it.

What makes me different: I read design at the level most PMs never touch: structure, hierarchy, emotional impact. I use that depth to make sharper roadmap calls and not to own Figma. That's why the products I ship don't just work, they get used. I'm based in Paris. Speaking Polish, English and French.
